How early should I arrive before my appointment?

We recommend arriving 15 minutes early. This allows you to settle in, enjoy a complimentary tea, and complete your clinical skin consultation without rush. Your ritual begins the moment you step through our doors.

Are your products available to take home?

Yes. We curate a selection of medical-grade skincare and botanical formulas used during your treatment. Your esthetician will provide a personalized ‘home-ritual’ plan to help maintain your clinical results between visits.

Do you accept walk-ins?

To maintain our ‘one guest at a time’ philosophy and ensure total privacy, we operate by appointment only. This guarantees that our studio and our full attention – is yours alone for the duration of your visit.

Is there a dress code?

Come as you are. We provide luxury robes and everything you need to feel comfortable. If you are receiving a facial ritual, we simply recommend wearing something that allows for easy removal to protect your clothing during the treatment.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Absolutely. Give the gift of radiant skin. Our digital and physical gift rituals can be purchased for specific treatments or dollar amounts. It is the perfect way to share the Eternity experience with someone you care about.

Is the house accessible?

All public areas and our treatment suites are step free. Please let us know of any specific needs in advance we prefer to prepare, not improvise, to ensure your comfort.
